Our rug cleaning process
Our multi-step rug cleaning process was developed with Paul Pearce from the National Carpet Cleaners Association, the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, hard flooring and soft furnishings.
Our professional rug cleaning technicians have successfully cleaned hundreds of rugs using this process, including rugs over a 100 years old!
Step 1 – dry dust removal
Many of the rugs we clean contain large amounts of dry dust and loose fibers that need to be removed prior to wet cleaning. This is a very important stage in the cleaning process that enhances the life of the rug and the quality of finish.
Step 2 – wet cleaning
The next step is wet cleaning, which takes place in our dedicated rug cleaning unit.
Step 3 – drying
After cleaning, rugs are carefully dried until they are ready to be returned to your home or business.
Step 4 – return or collection
Once dry, your rug is ready to be returned to you, or, if you prefer, collected.
